the front desk staff offered quick assistance during check-in , i appreciated that. the room was cleaned daily by the housekeeping team and fresh towels were provided. the breakfast variety was good and i found ample seating each morning.

the gym equipment is a little dated , with some machines showing signs of wear.

The hotel's location worked really well. It was close to a shopping center. I could easily walk to the beach from there. Plus, it was a short taxi ride to the airport. This was VERY convenient.

the breakfast was terrible , even the basics were missing. the hotel was noisy early in the morning and late at night. cleaning ladies played high volume music while cleaning nearby rooms , so i could not sleep.

Ali at reception was very helpful, he always had a smile. the hotel room had air conditioning, it was so convenient. the location was near many shops. It was ideal for exploring.

Breakfast lacked variety. I missed some options. the gym was small. It had limited equipment. the walls seemed thin. I could hear noises easily.

I appreciated the helpful staff (especially Hafiza at reception). She offered tips for local attractions and made the check-in process smooth. The breakfast was really good with a wide selection of fresh items available daily. (I also liked the fresh salads!)
